Jeffrey Vasser

Jeffrey Vasser was named Executive Director of the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority in April of 2002. Prior to joining the Authority, he served as Controller of the New Jersey Democratic State Committee/2001 Victory Fund, from 2001-2002, where he was responsible for all financial, administrative, and human resource functions for the campaign and oversaw a $20 million budget. In addition, Mr. Vasser also served on governor-elect, James McGreevey's transition team for the Atlantic City authorities.

Mr. Vasser served as Chief Financial Officer for Cipriani International, SA, in New York City from 1998 - 2001, negotiating the company's acquisition, development and capital markets activities, directing all human resource activities and overseeing many other administrative functions.

He served as a Senior Consultant for the Public Sector/Gaming and Entertainment Group for Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group from 1995 - 1998. In this capacity, he implemented a re-use analysis of the Atlantic City Convention Hall for the Atlantic City Convention Center Authority, which recommended alternative uses and cost/benefit analysis for the facility.

Mr. Vasser also served in various positions with major hospitality companies from 1982 - 1992. Some of these include Choice Hotels International, Prime Hospitality, Laventhol & Horwath, and Four Seasons Hotels.

Mr. Vasser is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, receiving a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Casino Management. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs, with a concentration in Public Finance.

Jeff is a native of the Atlantic City area and resides in Linwood with his wife, Angie.


Rosalind KincaidRosalind Kincaid
Vice President, Administration/Human Resources

Rosalind Kincaid is the Vice President, Administration/Human Resources for the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority (ACCVA). In this capacity, she is responsible for the overall direction and administration of facilities, human resources, information systems, purchasing, office management and services provided for the Authority. She also serves as the ethics officer, affirmative action officer and PACO (Public Agency Compliance Officer) for administering the Authority's contracts.

Prior to joining the ACCVA, Ms. Kincaid was the personnel officer for Atlantic County Government. She served for over 25 years in a variety of human resource positions. These include training/employee relations manager simultaneously serving Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino and Harrah's Atlantic City, director of training and development at Caesars Atlantic City Hotel & Casino and administrator of training/employment coordinator at Resorts Atlantic City.

Ms. Kincaid currently serves as a commissioner with the Pleasantville Housing Authority, and the Atlantic County Women's Advisory Board. She is also a board member of the Supreme Court District One, Lawyers Ethics Committee, and the Atlantic/Cape May Counties Workforce Investment Board (WIB).

In the past, Ms. Kincaid served on numerous boards and associations, including Atlantic County United Way, the American Red Cross, Society for Human Resource Management, Atlantic Area Council Boy Scouts, Atlantic County Library Commission, Atlantic County Volunteer Center and the American Society for Training and Development, for which she has the distinction of being the founding president of the South Jersey chapter.

Ms. Kincaid has received a number of awards in recognition of her community involvement including South Jersey African American Chamber of Commerce Leadership and Business Award, National Conference for Community and Justice (Formerly National Conference of Christians and Jews) Brotherhood Achiever Award, Atlantic County Women's Center Business Woman of the Year, Atlantic County Distinguished Service Award, and Explorers Division, Boy Scouts of America William H. Spurgeon III Award - Outstanding Achievement.

Ms. Kincaid graduated from Richard Stockton College in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration Studies/Healthcare and received an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the Atlantic Community College in 1975.

A native of Atlantic City, NJ, Ms. Kincaid currently resides in Pleasantville, NJ.


Gary MusichGary Musich
Vice President, Convention Development

Gary Musich was named vice president of convention development for the Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority on September 1, 2005. Prior to the Authority, Mr. Musich was regional vice president of sales and marketing for Harrah's Entertainment, where he was responsible for all group sales segments and marketing for the eastern region encompassing Harrah's Atlantic City, Showboat - The Mardi Gras Casino, Bally's Atlantic City and Caesars Atlantic City properties.

Mr. Musich was recruited by Bally's Atlantic City in 1992 in order to develop its convention, tour and volume cash programs. He was promoted to assistant vice president of sales and marketing by Caesars Entertainment in 1998. During that time, Mr. Musich merged both the Atlantic City Hilton and Bally's Atlantic City sales departments into one unifying sales team to successfully promote growth.

Mr. Musich's extensive past experience also includes the position of director of sales and marketing for Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Chicago, IL, from 1986 until 1992. While there, he was a member of the Hyatt Hotels National Account Team for the pharmaceutical industry and was a nominee for Director of Sales and Marketing of the Year.

In his current role as vice president of convention development, Mr. Musich will lead the Authority's convention, meeting and trade show development program encompassing sales, marketing, advertising and convention services. Among other responsibilities, he will also oversee the planning, execution and participation in trade shows, conventions and sales missions, as well as oversee a satellite sales office in Washington, DC.

Mr. Musich is a graduate from the hotel school at Paul Smith's College in New York. He currently resides in Galloway Township with his wife and two sons.


Maureen SimanMaureen Siman
Vice President, Marketing

Maureen Siman was named vice president of marketing for the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority in January 2006.

As vice president of marketing, Ms. Siman leads the Authority's communications, media relations, community services and tourism marketing departments. Among other responsibilities, Ms. Siman maintains a comprehensive communications strategy to maximize brand effectiveness and generate positive impressions of Atlantic City as a convention and tourism destination. The communications program addresses all marketing/advertising communications and public relations mediums targeting external and internal audiences.

Prior to her appointment at the ACCVA, Ms. Siman served as assistant vice president of media services and government relations for the Tropicana Casino & Resort in Atlantic City, NJ. During that time, she was instrumental in opening The Quarter, Atlantic City's first retail, dining and entertainment non-gaming expansion. She also established and managed a fully operational in-house advertising agency. She worked directly with the company president and department heads in order to develop, implement and launch advertising and public relations campaigns supporting marketing, entertainment, and hotel and Quarter promotions.

A seasoned communications and marketing executive, Ms. Siman's past work experience also includes the position of general manager/account executive for Media Works Communications in Linwood, NJ and public relations manager/publicist for Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

She currently resides in Galloway Township, NJ with her husband and two children.


James GriffinJames C. Griffin, CPA
Vice President, Finance/CFO

James C. Griffin, CPA, was named vice president of finance/chief financial officer for the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority in April 2006.

As vice president of finance/CFO, Mr. Griffin directs the Authority's financial planning, treasury, accounting practices, information technology (IT), as well as its contractual relationships with the financial community. He oversees the Authority's financial management system addressing cash management, budgeting, audits, taxes and general accounting procedures to facilitate efficient ongoing operations. Among other responsibilities, he also supervises the daily operations of the accounting and IT departments.

Prior to his appointment at the ACCVA, Mr. Griffin served as both the assistant executive director and the executive director of the Atlantic City Housing Authority. In that position, he oversaw all aspects of the Housing Authority's operations, consisting of approximately 1,625 Public Housing Units and 900 Housing Choice Vouchers, HOPE VI, Section 8, and Homeownership Programs, as well as the modernization, redevelopment, purchasing, personnel, information technology and finance departments.

Mr. Griffin also previously served as director of finance for the ACCVA from 2003 to 2004. Before that, his extensive work experience includes holding the position of accounting manager for the South Jersey Transportation Authority, as well as auditor and accounting supervisor positions for KPMG Peat Marwick, TIAA-CREF, MBL Life Assurance Corporation, and GPU Service Corporation.

Mr. Griffin is also a member of the AICPA and New Jersey Society of CPAs.

Mr. Griffin earned a bachelor's of science degree from North Carolina A & T State University in Greensboro, NC. He currently resides in Mays Landing, NJ, with his wife, Rhonda, and three children.
